Anointing of the Sick

Information about this Sacrament: Who can receive this sacrament? Anyone who has a serious illness: cancer, heart problem, mental or psychological, etc. or any elderly person who has health problems. In this sacrament, you encounter Jesus and ask Him for healing. During his public ministry on earth, Jesus was very concerned about the sick and cured many. He is just as concerned about the sick today as He was then. While there isn't always a physical cure, there certainly is an effect mentally, psychologically, and spiritually. Remember you are meeting Jesus person to person, and just as His time on earth, He expects faith and trust from us in the encounter.
